British representation in Madagascar

Following the closure of the British Embassy in Antananarivo in 2005, which the Society deplores, its duties have been taken on by the British High Commission in Mauritius and by the British Consulate in Antananarivo, together with a British Interests Section in the German Embassy. The High Commissioner is Dr. John Murton.
